David P. White brings to RGP’s Board over 20 years of legal and executive leadership expertise, with extensive expertise in human capital and regulatory matters, all of which make him a trusted advisor to RGP.
David has served on the Board of RGP since 2021 and currently serves as a member of both the Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
Since September 2021, David has served as Venture Partner at Ulu Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies. He is an accomplished executive who previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Negotiator of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) for 12 years, where he served as the chief strategist for the world’s largest entertainment union, representing 165,000 film, television and media professionals worldwide.
David was also Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Los Angeles-based Entertainment Strategies Group, LLC and a labor and employment attorney at O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
David currently serves as the Deputy Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where he serves on the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Bank Governance Committee. He is also a board member of the Motion Pictures and Television Fund, where he serves on the Audit Committee, as well as a board member of the nonprofit Housing Development Corporation of the Entertainment Community Fund. David previously served as a board member of The Actors Fund, where he served on the Strategic Planning Committee, as a commissioner for the Entertainment Industry Commission on Eliminating Sexual Harassment and Advancing Equality in the Workplace and as trustee and board chair for the board of trustees of Grinnell College.
