Nate Franke,
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

With a background perfectly suited for dealing with today's increasingly complex regulatory environment, Franke joined Resources in 2007 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. As such, he is responsible for all financial aspects of Resources' operations, including financial reporting and investor relations. Franke oversees the financial side of Resources' business that generated approximately $545 million in revenue in fiscal 2011, employs more than 3,000 professionals globally and has grown to 80 practice offices worldwide during the past 15 years.

Franke joined Resources after 22 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he served as an audit partner primarily working with publicly traded companies in the consumer and technology industries.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He is also a part-time lecturer in financial reporting and analysis at the University of California, Irvine, Merage School of Business.

Tracy Stephens,
Senior Vice President

Tracy Stephens heads Resources' supply chain management global practice and is senior vice president of the Company's U.S. Central-Southeast Region, comprised of 21 practice offices.

In 1996, Stephens co-founded The Procurement Centre, which sought to harness the expertise of supply chain subject-matter experts to serve as consultants. In 2002, as globalization became a top management challenge, Stephens was a driving force of the acquisition of The Procurement Centre by Resources Global Professionals, which has multinational operations across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

Throughout more than 25 years of experience, Stephens has held the titles of CEO, COO, board member and owner within the professional/financial services, distribution, commercial lending and consulting industries. He started two successful companies and grew them to profitability. Both were sold to large global companies.

Stephens was recognized as Supply & Demand Chain Executive's Pro To Know for 2007, 2008 and 2010, nominated for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001 and led The Procurement Centre to national recognition in the INC 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America in 2002. Stephens holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance with a special emphasis on economics from Texas A&M University.
