Resources Global and Boys & Girls Clubs Team Up to Give Back to Detroit: International Conference Attendees See the Positive Results of Their Work

DETROIT, MI, May 27, 2011 - Resources Global Professionals (Nasdaq: RECN), a leading multinational provider of professional services, teamed up with the Southeastern Michigan Boys & Girls Clubs to give back to the community. On Tuesday afternoon, a special team-building exercise was underway where more than 500 Resources Global professionals split up into teams. Thinking they were partaking in normal corporate team-building exercises to help them grow professionally, they were surprised when presented with the challenge of assembling a child's bicycle.

However, the bicycles weren't the only surprise. More than 90 children from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan were brought into the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center's ballroom where the build event took place. Every child had been assigned to a team, and each team had the thrill of presenting their completed bicycle to the child to take home.

Patrice Dickens, Club Director Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan, commented on the event saying, "This has been a great day for these children. The excitement level here was tremendous - both for the participants who built the bikes and the children who have received them." Dickens went on to thank the Resources Global team for their generous efforts.

"This team-building exercise went beyond corporate fluff to bring our core Resources culture to life," said Ina Rose, Managing Director of the Resources Academy, who organized this event. "We are a company full of hard-working professionals who are driven to help our clients as well as our communities. This project, and the chance to present a new bike to a child in Detroit, reinforced the heart of Resources."

The three-day conference, held at the Renaissance Center, Detroit, started on Monday and focused on global client services, strategic-planning sessions, and a client panel discussion with key Fortune 50 C-Level financial and operations executives.

"We decided to hold this year's global conference in Detroit as a way for us to demonstrate our continuing commitment to this community," said Resources Global founder and CEO Don Murray. "Ina's great leadership on this event brought business and community together."
