IRVINE, Calif., December 6, 2010 - Resources Global Professionals (NASDAQ: RECN), a leading multinational provider of professional services, announced that it received the award for Best Supply Chain Consulting Partner from the Global Supply Chain Council based in Shanghai, China.
The Global Supply Chain Council, founded 10 years ago, is made up of approximately 5,000 members from Fortune 500 companies and local companies based in China. This council was established to create an environment for companies, organizations and supply chain professionals to access up-to-date information and resources regarding supply chain management, best-in-class business practices, benchmarking, market intelligence, current news and new technologies.
Resources was awarded the top honor for its excellence in developing and delivering supply chain expertise and consulting services to Unilever in China. Resources partnered with Unilever on a five-month project related to Unilever's SAP migration.
