Kate Duchene Named One of Orange County's "Top 25 Business Professionals"

IRVINE, Calif., November 8, 2010 - Resources Global Professionals (NASDAQ: RECN), a leading multinational provider of professional services, said today that Kate Duchene, Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Human Resources, has been included in the OC METRO magazine's 2010 "Hot 25" list of the top professionals in Orange County. The list, which appears in the November issue, contains this year's picks for the "best and brightest business professionals in the region."

In selecting Ms. Duchene, the OC METRO recognized that as chief legal officer and executive vice president of human resources, she oversees 52 U.S. offices, 30 international offices, more than 2,700 workers and 2,100 clients. The article observed that in her 10 years with Resources, she has guided the Company through six international acquisitions, as well as five in the U.S. The OC METRO also observed that this year, she was recognized as "Outstanding General Counsel" for local public companies with annual sales of more than $200 million by the Orange County Business Journal and that she serves as legal advisor and president-elect of the Board of Human Options, Inc., a shelter that provides a safe respite for battered women and their children to help break the cycle of domestic violence.
