Thomas D. Christopoul
President and Chief Executive Officer
Thomas D. Christopoul was named President and CEO in June 2008. For the past three years, Tom has served on the Resources Board of Directors previously serving as Chairperson of the Corporate Governance, Nominating and Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee. He brings more than 20 years of executive management experience with international public and private growth companies to his new role, where he works closely with the Company's senior management team and investor community.
Tom was most recently President of Somerset Shore Associates, Inc. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of the Marketing Services Division of Cendant Corporation, where he worked for more than 10 years. There, he managed and integrated the company's three direct marketing units, which ultimately comprised one of the largest affinity marketing enterprises in the world.
Prior to that, Tom was Chairman and CEO of the Financial Services Division of Cendant Corporation, where he managed Jackson-Hewitt Tax Services, the second largest tax preparation firm in North America. Also at Cendant, Tom served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer as well as the senior management representative to the compensation and policy committees of Cendant's board of directors, headed the company's Pension Committee, and served as Chairman of the Cendant Charitable Foundation. He also held the position of EVP, Human Resources and Corporate Services. Previously, Tom was the director of labor relations for the Nabisco Biscuit Company and also worked for several years at the Pepsi-Cola Company.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and a Master of Science from Purdue University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Nor1, Inc.; TAI, Inc.; ABB Ltd. and is also on the Board of Advisors of Rutgers University.
Nate Franke
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
With a background suited for dealing with today's increasingly complex regulatory environment, Nate Franke joined Resources Global Professionals in 2007. As CFO, Nate is responsible for all financial aspects of Resources' operations, including financial reporting and investor relations. He oversees a business that generated $840 million in revenue in fiscal 2008, employs more than 3,200 professionals globally and has grown to over 80 practice offices worldwide during the past 13 years.
Nate joined Resources after 22 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where, for 12 years, he served as an audit partner primarily working with publicly traded companies in the consumer and technology industries.
A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nate graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Nate is also a part-time lecturer in financial reporting and analysis at the University of California, Irvine, Merage School of Business.
