Resources Global Professionals Acquires Xperianz in Cincinnati and Dayton

CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 13, 2009 - Resources Global Professionals ("Resources"), a leading multinational provider of professional services and the operating subsidiary of Resources Connection, Inc. (NASDAQ: RECN), is pleased to announce the acquisition, as of May 11, 2009, of certain intangible assets comprising the professional services business of Kenwood Cooper LLC and operated under the name Xperianz .
