-Partnership launches Resources' contract recruiting practice--

Costa Mesa, CA (March 8, 2001) --- Resources Connection, Inc. (NASDAQ trading symbol RECN), the leading project-based professional services firm, today announced that Michael Nadler and his colleagues from Nadler Consulting Group have joined the company effective immediately. The partnership extends Resources' reach in the Human Capital Solutions arena to include contract recruiting.

Mr. Nadler's new role at Resources is as the National Director of Contract Recruiting. "Partnering with Resources Connection's HR offices allows us to strengthen our position as a recognized leader in the California marketplace. The addition will also have an immediate impact on Resources' HR practice statewide, as together we extend our client base and increase our pool of talented Associates. Resources Connection's network of offices will also allow us to build a strong contract recruiting practice nationwide in the near future," says Nadler.

Mr. Nadler founded Nadler Consulting Group in 1987, as a cost-effective alternative to traditional recruitment firms. Clients included Boeing, Converge/eHITEX, PacifiCare, and Westcorp Financial. He has successfully owned and managed an executive search/human resources consulting practice and served as a corporate human resources executive with stints at Allied Signal (now GE), Allegra-Vuarnet and Intercraft Industries. He is a graduate of the UCLA Executive Program in Management at the Anderson School of Business and earned a Bachelors' degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.
