Nate Franke, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

With a background perfectly suited for dealing with today's increasingly complex regulatory environment, Nate Franke joined Resources Global Professionals ("Resources") in 2007 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. As such, he is responsible for all financial aspects of Resources' operations, including financial reporting and investor relations. Mr. Franke oversees the financial side of Resources' business that generated $735.9 million in revenue in fiscal 2007, employs more than 4,000 professionals globally and has grown to more than 85 practice offices worldwide during the past 10 years.

Mr. Franke joins Resources after 22 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where, for the past twelve years, he served as an audit partner primarily working with publicly traded companies in the consumer and technology industries.

Mr. Franke is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, and holds his Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Franke is also a part-time lecturer in financial reporting and analysis at the University of California, Irvine, Merage School of Business.

Thomas Schember, Managing Director, Global Client Services & Regional Managing Director, Asia Pacific

With a unique understanding of how companies operate successfully in the global marketplace, Mr. Schember puts his expertise to work serving as managing director for Global Client Services, as well as regional managing director for Asia Pacific. In this distinctive role, Mr. Schember leads the global strategy to develop and penetrate selected multi-national companies. In addition, he oversees operations, financials and recruiting while also mentoring teams and offering strategic guidance to practices within the Asia Pacific region.

Formerly managing director of Resources' Tri-State practice, which includes New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Mr. Schember joined the company from The MacManus Group/DMB&B (now Publicis) where he served as vice president and director of Corporate Finance, managing worldwide accounting and financial reporting. Previous to that, he was a senior audit manager at Deloitte & Touche in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Mr. Schember holds an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University and a B.A. in English from Davidson College.
