LOS ANGELES (March 12, 2006) – U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Christopher Cox will be keynote speaker at the Corporate Governance Summit, hosted by the USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles on March 22 and 23 in partnership with Resources Global Professionals, a multinational professional services firm.

"It's vital that prominent educational institutions such as USC Marshall regularly examine and question the many, often complex roles of business in society," said USC Marshall Dean Thomas W. Gilligan. "That's what this summit is all about. Such gatherings provide a crucial opportunity to convene regulators, business leaders, academics and others to think and talk about issues of governance, transparency and responsibility."

"Establishing excellent corporate governance practices while continuing to grow and prosper is a challenge for all businesses," said Donald Murray, Chairman and CEO of Resources Global Professionals. "We are pleased to partner with USC Marshall to help leaders and directors learn more about how best to address this challenge."

Chairman Cox will speak at 11 a.m. (Pacific Time) on March 23, followed by a networking lunch, both of which are open to members of the media. Most summit sessions are open only to registered event attendees. The summit will be held on the main Los Angeles campus of the University of Southern California in the Davidson Conference center.
