COSTA MESA, Calif., May 18, 2005 - Resources Global Professionals, the operating subsidiary of Resources Connection, Inc. (Nasdaq: RECN), an international professional services firm, today announced the opening of an office in Calgary, Alberta, to support the growing demands of the major industries in that city. The Calgary office is expected to reflect the growth experienced at Resources' established Toronto office and will be led by Director of Client Service, Stefan Erasmus.

Mr. Erasmus will draw on his expertise in public accounting, consulting, corporate restructuring and operational management to help fulfill clients' critical business projects and ensure superior service is provided to our growing list of Canadian clients. Additionally, he will focus on recruiting experienced professionals that can deliver strategic results and have a tangible impact on clients' businesses and operations.

Mr. Erasmus holds an English and French law degree from Manchester University, England and Bourgogne University, France and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation with Coopers & Lybrand in England, and then with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Canada. He most recently served as president and chief financial officer of Inspirano, Inc., a technology company that provides customer service solutions.
