Resources Connection Announces Corporate Name Change to Resources Global Professionals

Costa Mesa, CA (January 10, 2005) - Resources Connection, Inc. (NASDAQ:RECN), an international professional services firm, today announced that it has formally changed the name of its operating entity to Resources Global Professionals to better reflect the Company's global capabilities across a base of more than 1,600 clients within 37 countries. In conjunction with the name change, the company launched a new advertising campaign and corporate Web site, www.resourcesglobal.com.
